Privacy
Booklyn Publishing collects the minimum needed to answer you and to publish books. This page says exactly what that is.
What we collect
- What you send us. Name, email, and the contents of a contact or submission form, including any manuscript text you paste in.
- Basic server logs. Our host records requests, including IP address and user agent, for security and abuse prevention.
- Nothing else. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics pixels, no cookies set by this site beyond what is needed for the page to work.
What we do with it
We reply to you, assess submissions, and, if we work together, administer the contract. Submission material is read by editors and is not shared outside the company or used to train any model.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us; a newsletter requires you to ask for it.
How long we keep it
Declined submissions are deleted within twelve months. Contract records are kept as long as the law requires for business records.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We will act within thirty days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will change the date at the top and, where we hold your email in an active matter, tell you directly.
